Douglas J. Sheehan

Doug Sheehan, President of ICC.
Doug is president and founder of ICC. He brings over 25 years of experience in financial controls and management to his clients, working with the investment departments of insurance companies, municipal bond dealers, and bond investment departments in banks.
Doug founded ICC in 1993 as a way to helps institutional investors implement investment management back-office solutions. The company is responsible for many of the industry's best practices in systems' conversions. One of the financial industry's "merger veterans," Doug counts among his accomplishments:
- Directed and managed the conversion of a $60 Billion Investment Accounting System from the US to Canada as a result of a merger.
- Directed and managed the conversion of a $30 Billion Investment Accounting System as a result of a merger of two Insurance Companies.
- Directed and managed the conversion of a $20 Billion Investment Accounting System in Canada to one system in Canada and one in the US as a result of a merger.
- Directed and managed the installation of the MAXIMIS software package as the new production system for a large insurance company. Under Doug's direction, the system moved successfully to production with over $60 billion in assets. Doug managed the project, utilizing a team of over 50 people doing the implementation. It included data conversion, data cleanup and parallel input, reconciliation and financial impact, business analysis and troubleshooting.
- Directed and managed the successful installation of a new investment accounting system at a global insurance company with assets of about $40 billion.
- Directed and managed the installation of a new investment accounting software package ahead of schedule and under it $2 million budget for a major insurance company with assets of $20 Billion. The year-long project included critical problem resolution, conversion of the data and design of the parallel procedures and programs.
- Directed and managed the modifications to the MAXIMIS software package for a pension fund with $30 Billion in Assets. Performed business analysis functions to assist software developers making changes using the Information Engineering Facility (IEF) for real estate and mortgage capabilities.
Before founding ICC, Doug was a Senior Consultant for the Claremont Technology Group, Inc. He also worked as the Regional Sales Manager for Customer Insight Company. At Control Data he held a variety of positions including a National Marketing Support Manager, Product Manager, and Account Manager and served as a consultant to the finance industry. Doug was also an Account Manager for Manus Professional Services.
Doug earned his Certified Computer Professional (CCP) designation from the Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals 1979. He is also designed as a Certified Cash Manager (CCM) from the National Corporate Cash Management Association and earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.
Doug is a retired Commander in the United States Coast Guard Reserve.
He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Washington State University with a BA in Mathematics with distinction.
Ronald E. Harris

Ronald Harris, Director of ICC.
Ron is a director of ICC. He brings over 20 years of experience in software installation and financial controls to his clients, working with the investment departments of insurance companies, financial service companies and banks.
A creator of some of the industry's best practices in system's conversions and global integration, Ron counts among his accomplishments:
- Directing and managing the implementation of the MAXIMIS software package as its production investment accounting system for a $60 billion insurance company. He was specifically in charge of supervising the parallel input of data to the old and new systems, conversion procedures and documentation, and ad-hoc queries.
- Directing and managing the implementation of a new investment accounting system at an insurance company with assets of about $40 billion. Specifically he supervised the interface from a trade entry system with volumes of 200 trades per day.
- Directed and managed a project for a large insurance company to implement Japan GAAP accounting for a Japanese subsidiary.
- Directed and managed the upgrades of several investment accounting systems to new releases. This included creating and managing the test plan and coordinating the activities of business user testing as well as regression testing of the software, the reports and the interfaces.
Ron is a former U.S. Naval Officer.
He earned his BA in Business Administration in Quantitative Methods from the University of Washington and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps.

Sebastiano Menta
Sebastiano is a Senior Consultant with ICC. He brings over 35 years of experience in securities, foreign investments, currency transactions, financial futures, treasury stock and other instruments for companies involved with securities, insurance and other financial services.
Among his major accomplishments Sebastiano includes:
- Setting up and managing the securities outsourcing operations for three organizations including investment accounting services portfolio management.
- Creating and implementing test plans for the quality control of investment accounting software systems.
- Conducting administrative, technical and supervisory functions for a major insurance companies for its securities, foreign investment, currency transactions, financial futures, and treasury stock instruments.
Prior to working with ICC, Sebastiano was a vice president of The Bank of New York, a director for Princeton Financial Systems, a consultant with Texas Instruments, Inc, a manger at Securities Software & Consulting, Inc. and an executive with Aetna Life & Casualty Company
Sebastiano earned his MBA in Accounting from the University of Hartford and his BA in Economics from Central Connecticut State University.
George J. Wingerter

George Wingerter
George is a Senior Consultant at ICC. He brings over 30 years of experience as a senior executive in financial services worldwide.
Among his major accomplishments Frank includes:
- Serving as the chief operating officer managing the startup, implementation and rollout of a $2 million international mutual fund investment program that was the first of its kind in the United States.
- Conducting the technical evaluation and selection of providers of accounting, record keeping and work flow systems for a major international Insurance Company.
- Evaluating, designing and setting up a securities telemarketing operation for a regional broker/dealer which increased sales production by ten times.
- Developing a strategic marketing plan and framework for overall new product and business development programs for a major financial institution.
Prior to his work with ICC, George was a senior executive with The Megwin Group, Investors Fiduciary Trust Company, United Savings of America, Healthcorp Affiliates and Continental Bank
He earned in MBA in Finance, Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA (summa cum laude) and has a BS in Marketing and Economics from Gannon University. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Judith Malone
Judith is a Staff Consultant with ICC. She brings over 25 year of experience in systems integration, securities accounting, business analysis and technical accounting to the company.
Among her major accomplishments Judith includes:
- Working as the team leader for testing of a new release of investment accounting software for a client with $50 Billion in assets.
- Developing, testing and documenting Schedule D reports (Insurance Regulatory Requirement) for a software vendor. Successfully migrated the software to a different technology platform.
- Reducing report preparation time of production customers by 63% with a PC interface. It provided the ability to easily download and do diskette filing of governmentally regulated information from a large mainframe application.
- Eliminating 100% of assessed late penalties by facilitating users to satisfy governmental reporting deadlines with timely software updates and releases to meet the latest annual requirements, accomplished through judicious management of development resources.
- Anticipating and accommodating customer growth with a 37% increase in software and database capacity through a full re-engineering effort that analyzed existing functions and incorporated business rules to document and design the new system requirements.
Before joining ICC, Judith was a senior applications analyst at Control Data Corporation, Texas and Premier Solutions Ltd. She was also a software integration manager at May & Camp Inc. and a Systems Marketing Representative for Control Data Corporation.
Judith earned her BS in Math from Northeastern University, Boston.
Kathy Gdaniec
Kathy is a Staff Consultant with ICC. She brings over 35 year of experience in securities accounting, business analysis and technical accounting to the company.
Among her major accomplishments Kathy includes:
- Managing the merger of an acquired company into an insurance company with over $12 billion in fixed income securities and over $600 million in derivatives.
- Consulting on the implementation of a new investment accounting system for a $60 billion insurance company
- Working as a business analyst for a large insurance company in the implementation of a new investment accounting system. Developed, coordinated and presented end user training for 80 users. Developed, tested and documented functional testing scripts. Assisted in the financial impact analysis of the new accounting system.
- Consulting with a $40 billion insurance company to implement a new investment accounting system. Major responsibilities were training, parallel system operation, and data cleanup.
- Working as a securities accounting technician for a large insurance company. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including Schedule D.
Before joining ICC, Kathy was a Supervisor, securities accountant, business analyst and technical accountant for the Providian Corporation
Kathy received her BS in Finance from the University of Louisville. She also earned her Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation.
Lee Ann Embry
Lee Ann is a Staff Consultant with ICC. She brings over 30 year of experience in securities accounting, business analysis and technical accounting to the company.
Among her major accomplishments Lee Ann includes:
- Serving as an activity leader for parallel processing phase of a conversion of an investment accounting system for an insurance company with $20 Billion in assets.
- Conducting user training classes for portfolio accountants and cash processing operation personnel for four different insurance companies.
- Developing test scripts and conducted functional testing for investment accounting software for several large insurance companies.
- Maintaining statutory accounting entries, schedule Ds and monthly reports for several portfolios. Communicated with banks, trustees, corporate affiliates and internal departments. Compiled quarterly and annual exhibits and worksheets for statutory reporting.
