It is extraordinarily difficult to find people with the right kind of experience to help with this type of business. The following are examples of people who may have specific skills that would be of interest to ICC:

• A person who has worked in the investment operations or investment accounting department of a large institutional investor such as an insurance company, a pension fund or a bank.
• A person who has done consulting for investment systems for at least a few clients.
• A person who has worked for a software vendor selling, developing or implementing new investment systems.
